This spring we had two great opportunities ñ early retirement and a chance to move closer to some of our children and grandchildren. After carefully interviewing 2 Real estate agents, Carole was clearly the best choice for me. She is professional, has integrity and we were of like minds regarding the listing price of my home. (another agent suggested I list it for $70K less). The marketing materials and effort were excellent and my home sold in 30 days for more than the asking price. I came to Atlanta to work, did not know the city and commuted between work and hotel for more than four months. Carole found exactly the right flats to look at and gave informed and reliable advice about value and re-sale. She worked on my schedule and was gracious enough to make it appear not so inconvenient to her as I know it was. She also knows Atlanta well, and I followed her advice on matters as diverse as furniture, light fixtures and restaurants. She made finding a flat and discovering Atlanta a pleasure. Carole is thoroughly professional and a delight to work with.
